"Very Good"
The room was relatively large and had everything that we needed. The staff at the reception desk also made sure that the two rooms that I had booked were next to each other. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel does not look attractive from the outside but is modern and clean inside. The location was great for downtown, but was about a half hour walk from the old town.

It was only about three blocks from Dominion Square, which is where the main location of hop on hop off is. We were able to leave our luggage with the hotel as we were not leaving on the train until later in the afternoon. The hotel is located right across from the main train station. we were travelling from Quebec city to to Montreal and after our three nights stay, we were taking the train onto Ottawa, so the location was perfect for us

Great location in walking distance to Old Montreal and Sainte-Catherine, convenient parking and nice facilities. Currently renovating the hotel, can be a bit dark in areas but has beautiful rooms facing the terrace gardens.

The property is nice. I was expecting more glamour considering it is super expensive. I have stayed in way better hotels more renovated and updated and nicer than this one, not to mention way cheaper

Excellent location! Just a few steps from Old town & ricer as well as Mount Royal and McGill. Rooms are clean, stuff is helpful and friendly. Big, spacious rooms with everything you need while exploring Montréal. A huge thank you to Laura who despite the fact that Booking messed up with our booking did her best to accommodate our family in the middle of the night.

Centrally located between the new town and old town. Old town is only a 10 min walk. Metro tight across the road. Nice pool area to relax.

The menus had a very good selection ; food was very tasty, priced reasonably and staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor lounging area. The location is great with the rooms on higher floors which was very quiet without street noise.The hotel had an oasis area for the family of ducks that made it their home.
